1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Phegon Launchpad mentorship program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.

2. Program Description

Phegon Launchpad is a 6-month tech mentorship program that provides:

  • Weekly 1-on-1 mentorship sessions
  • Access to Udemy courses and YouTube content
  • Project-based learning with code reviews
  • Career preparation and job assistance

3. Payment Terms

Monthly Plan: $99/month (or ₦45,000/month) for 6 months. Payments are due on the same date each month.

Upfront Plan: $499 (or ₦220,000) one-time payment for the full 6 months.

All payments are non-refundable after 14 days from the start date (see Refund Policy).

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Complete assignments and projects on time
  • Attend scheduled mentorship sessions or notify in advance
  • Respect fellow students and mentors
  • Not share course materials or recordings with others

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, code examples, and content provided are the property of Phegon Labs. You may not distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without permission.

6. Changes to Program

We reserve the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, or pricing. Enrolled students will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phegon Labs is not responsible for any outcomes including but not limited to job placement, salary expectations, or employment guarantees. Results vary based on individual effort.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, including cheating, harassment, or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lagos, Nigeria.
